This Refund Policy applies to all products, services, memberships, events, educational programs, books, digital products, and merchandise offered by Marquita Thomas and her brands, including Money Makers Club, operating through FKJM LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By purchasing any product or service from the Company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Digital Products

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products, all sales are final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Digital books and eBooks

The Market Versus You (digital edition)

Digital downloads

Templates

Guides

Workbooks

Training materials

Video courses

Recorded classes

Educational resources

No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued once access has been granted or a download has been made available.

2. Money Makers Club Membership

Money Makers Club is a digital educational community that provides members with immediate access to exclusive content, resources, and community features.

Because access is granted immediately upon enrollment, all membership purchases are non-refundable.

Members may cancel future recurring payments, if applicable, in accordance with the membership terms. Cancellation of a membership prevents future billing only and does not entitle a member to a refund for previous payments.

3. Live Events & In-Person Experiences

All registrations for live events, conferences, workshops, boot camps, retreats, VIP experiences, and other in-person events are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you are unable to attend an event, your registration fee will not be refunded, transferred to another person, or applied toward a future event unless otherwise stated in writing by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to make changes to event dates, speakers, schedules, locations, or programming when necessary.

4. Merchandise

If physical merchandise is offered through the Company, refunds or replacements will only be considered for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging.

Normal wear, sizing issues, or buyer's remorse do not qualify for a refund.

5. Company Cancellations

If the Company cancels an event and does not provide a rescheduled date or comparable alternative, registered attendees may be eligible for a refund or credit at the Company's sole discretion.

6. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact the Company first to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their financial institution.

Initiating a fraudulent or unwarranted chargeback after receiving access to products or services may result in:

Immediate termination of access to Company products and services

Removal from Money Makers Club or other communities

Collection efforts for unpaid balances

Legal action where permitted by law
